Indian bride photographed during her wedding ceremony

Wedding photography

Elegant photography for your grand ceremony

All Indian weddings are built on a glorious foundation of culture and tradition — varying by region, religion, community and the personal preferences of the bride and groom. We photograph all of it.

Three ways of seeing

One wedding, three photographic languages

Most couples want a blend. We shoot all three on every wedding and let the day decide the ratio.

Candid photojournalistic Indian wedding photography

Candid & Photojournalistic

Unposed, unhurried, invisible. The cousin doubled over laughing, the grandmother's hand on a shoulder, the second before the tears. We were among the first teams in America to shoot Indian weddings this way.

Editorial style Indian wedding photography

Editorial

Magazine-grade portraits with intention behind every frame — light shaped, backgrounds cleaned, poses guided. This is where the images that end up framed on your wall come from.

Traditional Indian wedding ritual photography

Traditional & Ritual

Every rite documented in order and in full — because your parents will look for the moment the kanya daan happened, and your children will look for it thirty years from now.

The full day

From the first haldi smear to the last dance

An Indian wedding is not one event — it is a week of them. We plan coverage around the whole arc, working closely with your planner, decorator and venue so the crew is in the right room before the moment happens, not after.

  • Engagement, roka and sagai ceremonies
  • Pithi, haldi and mehndi celebrations
  • Sangeet and garba nights
  • Ganesh puja, mandap and grah shanti rituals
  • Baraat, milni and varmala
  • Pheras, saptapadi, kanya daan and mangal sutra
  • Vidai and doli
  • Reception, first dance and after-party

Nepali & Guyanese

Interfaith fusion wedding photography

Interfaith & Fusion

Love knows no colour. Love knows no boundary. Love knows no distance.

Pre-wedding & engagement

Before the crowd arrives, there is just the two of you

A pre-wedding session is the rehearsal that matters. You get comfortable in front of the lens, we learn how you two actually behave together, and by the wedding day nobody is performing.

Shoot outdoors in a landscape you love, or step into our historic mansion studio in New Jersey for something more editorial. Orlando couples get our boutique Florida space.

Good questions

The things couples ask us first

Most couples book us nine to eighteen months ahead. Peak season dates — particularly summer weekends in New Jersey, New York and Florida — go first, so send us your date as soon as your venue is confirmed and we will hold it while you decide.

Yes. We have documented weddings across the United States, India and internationally. With studios in New Jersey, Orlando and Vadodara, we are set up to travel with full crew and equipment anywhere your celebration takes place.

We have covered weddings from almost every culture and community of India — Gujarati, Punjabi, Sikh, South Indian, Marathi, Malayalee Christian, Muslim, Nepali, Guyanese Hindu and interfaith fusion celebrations. Being born in India, we know the sequence and significance of each ritual, so nothing is missed.

Yes. Chirali leads our stills team and is one of the most requested female Indian wedding photographers in the country — particularly valued for bridal getting-ready coverage and for families who prefer a woman photographing the bride.

We recommend it, and most couples do. Amish leads cinematography while Chirali leads photography, which means the two teams work as one unit rather than competing for the same moment. It also keeps your timeline simpler and your budget clearer.
